Here i post the recipe for future reference;
Ingredients
For cake;
4 eggs + 2 eggs yolks
100gm sugar
100gm flour
60gm corn flour
50gm cold water
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 table spoons ovalette
75gm butter (melted)
For the cream;
250gm cream cheese
½ can of condensed milk
For topping;
Cheddar cheese (grated)
Steps;
- Beat all of the ingredients for cake except melted butter
- Beat using medium speed until stiffen. Add in melted butter.
- Grease the pan & bake the cake in the pre-heated oven (150C) for about 45 minutes – 1 hour.
- Let the cake cool on the rack.
- Divide the cake into 2 layers and spread cream cheese on the first layer. Then add another layer on the top.
- Coat the cake with cream cheese.
- Add grated cheddar cheese on the top and around the cake.
- Let chilled in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
